随着世纪之交世界范围内区域经济一体化的进展，东北亚地区出现加强地缘经济合作和促进地缘政治沟通的新形势。我国东北沿边与俄、朝、蒙等东北亚近邻国家的次区域合作取得了不同程度的进展，同时也面临着一系列问题，深入分析东北亚政治经济环境发展趋势，积极争取国家政策支持，进行东北沿边开放格局的整体协调与规划，应成为实现我国东北边境地区经济开放与有序发展的必要措施。

With the proceeding of the worldwide regional economic integration, the geo - politic communication and the geo - economic cooperation among the Northeast countries are initiated and reinforced, within which the sub - regional cross - border economic cooperation of Sino -Russia, Sino - DPPK and Sino - Mongolia along the frontier path of Northeast China has been developing during recent years. The problems confronted are various and countermeasures are urgently needed to boost the development of Northeast China border regions.
