论文从评介克氏中心地理论入手，分析了中心地理论对区域聚落体系规划的重要意义。通过对苏州工业园区中心村建设的典型案例研究，论文表明只要实际条件与理论假设基本符合，其理想模式就能在区域规划中直接运用。论文最后简要分析了中心地理论在聚落体系规划中的应用前景和发展方向。

Based on the review of the central place theory, this paper points out the theory's important effect on planning of settlement system. Afer the analysis of its usage in the planning of central village in Suzhou Industry Park, this paper demostrates that if the situation tallies with the assumption of the theory, the model may be used in the planning directly. This paper also talks about the popts of the usage of central place theory.
