安徽地区周期型马来丝虫成虫形态扫描电镜观察

Scanning electron microscopic study of periodic Brugia malayi adults in Anhui and its comparison with those in other districts

本文报导通过扫描电镜观察的安徽地区马来丝虫的外部形态,并与贵州、河南、四川等地区的马来丝虫的外部形态作了比较。结果表明不同地区马来丝虫的头部乳突数、环形皮纹、体表小结节的分布、肛周乳突数与长交合刺末端匙面的构造等有微小差异。

The surface structures of Brugia malayi adults in Anhui are observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and these are compared with the external features described in those adults in other districts of Guizhou, Henan,Sichuan,proving the differences from the numbers of the head and the perianal papillae,the shape of the circular striation,the distribution of the nodules,and the structure of the spatulate tip of the long spicule between them.
