国产富马酸比索洛尔治疗稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF BISOPROLOL FUMARATE ON STABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

为评价富马酸比索洛尔对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性,我们对34例稳定型心绞痛病人进行治疗前后对照研究,并同期与20例稳定型心绞痛病人服用进口富马酸比索洛尔做比较。两组患者治疗前后硝酸甘油消耗量、心绞痛发作次数均有显著性差异,组间比较无显著性,临床症状改善率国产富马酸比索洛尔组为73.53％,进口富马酸比索洛尔组为70.00％,心电图改善率国产富马酸比索洛尔组为55.88％,进口富马酸比索洛尔组为55.00％。治疗期间对血脂、血糖、肝肾功能、电解质无不良影响,副作用轻微。研究结果显示:富马酸比索洛尔可控制心绞痛的发作,与进口富马酸比索洛尔比较疗效相当。

To evaluate the effects and safty of bisoprolol in treatment of stable angina, 34 patients were treated with bisoprolol made in china and 23 petients were treated with Bisoprolol (made in Ger-man) as the controls. Both groups had significantly reduced consumption of nitroglycerin and freguency of angina attack, there are no significant difference between the two groups. The results demonstrated that bisoprolol made in China can effectively control angina attack and had the same curative effects on bisoprolol Dmade in German.
