摘要
本文研究制定了复方甲硝唑牙用膜质量标准,并进行了回收率试验、溶出度试验、稳定性试验等,结果表明,该制剂安全有效,性质稳定,含量测定方法简便,准确,可靠,平均回收率98.41％,RSD为1.59％
Quality control of the compound pellide Metronidazole were stucdlied. The recovery, the dissolution and the stability were carride out. The results shoned that the for mulation of the emul-sion was reasonable and can be clsed safely and reliably. This method of assay was simple, accurate and reliable. The average recovery was 98.41 % , RSD=1. 59%
