复方甲硝唑膜的研制及对牙周炎的临床疗效观察

COMPOUND METRONIDAZOLE FILM AND ITS THEAPEUTIC EFFECTS ON PERIODONTITIS

利用白芨胶为载体,甲硝唑为主药,制成一种可吸收性复方甲硝唑药膜。此药膜可贴、口含或插入牙周袋内。临床观察牙周炎患者96例,结果显示,牙龈炎指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PPD)明显下降,临床疗效满意。

The Compound Metronidazole Film is prepared with hyacinth bletilla gelatin as the carri-er. The film may be pasted, sucked or inserted in dentopocket. Ninety six cases with dentoalveolitis were treated with the film,the results showed that the gingivitis index,sulcus gingival bleeding index and peri- odontal pocket depth were markedly decreased, with a fairly curative effects.
