毛细管气相色谱-质谱与红外光谱联用对中毒患者内服毒物快速分析的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文报告应用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(CGC-MS)和傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)联用技术,对临床3例服用毒物自杀中毒患者尿、胃内容物等样品进行分析鉴定研究。样品经酸化和碱化、乙醚抽取,油状物样品用甲醇溶解稀释,然后进行CGC-MS分析;固体样品用氯仿反复洗涤后烘干,KBr压片做FTIR分析。结果检出和确证了患者服用的毒物分别为敌敌畏、司可巴比妥加苯巴比妥和苯巴比妥加地西泮。本法简便、快速、准确,为医院临床抢救提供了可靠的依据。 This paper reports a new method for detection of unknown poison in clinical intoxicate patients by CGC-MS and FTIR.The detection was carried out under the following conditions: CGC column,HP-(cross-linked methyl silicone Gum phase) 12m × 0. 2mm × 0.33μm, carrier gas; He, Head pressure: 10 psi, Oven pro-gram: Inlet temp., 250°C, detect, temp. 250°C, temp. rate 20°C/min., last temp. 23°C, MS condition: Ion source EI,70eV,source temp. 200°C ,Quad temp. 100°C .The urine and gastric content samples were extracted with ethyl ether after acidification or alkalificaition. The extract was dried out under air stream and residue was dissolved in chloroform, then injected into CGC-MS for qualitative analysis.The oily sample dissolved and dilut-ed with chloroform for CGC-MS analysis, But the white solid sample dried at 100°C after washed five times with chloroform,Direct press tablet with KBr for Fourier Transform Infrared spectra analysis.This method is rapid, simple and sensitive. It could be searched from the Data file of computer in MS, Since its content has thirteen hundred thousand mass spectra. We have been detected and identified several samples from three intoxicate patients. These results provided a scientific data for the rescre of intoxicate pa-tients .
