限制5-羟甲基糠醛生成条件的探讨

INVESTIGATION OF THE RESTRICTION ON THE FORMATION OF 5 - HMF

本文目的是将5-HMF限制在最低量,提高含葡萄糖注射液内在质量。主要从电解质、注射用水的制备方法与质量、热压灭菌后的降温方法,pH值等进行了实验研究,较完善提出了一套在生产含葡萄糖注射液过程中限制5-HMF量的条件。

Our goal is to limit the content of 5 - HMF to an extent as least as possible in order to im-prove the intrinsic quality of the glucose injections. We studied and tested injeceions from aspects of elec-trolytes, preparation and qualification of the water, method of lowering temperature after the injection was auto-claved.and the pH .Thus put forwarded a set of conditions which is more perfect to restrict 5 - HMF in the preparation of glucose injections
