摘要
本文研究枸杞多糖(LBP)对正常小鼠的血糖和糖耐量的影响,及对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠的保护作用。分别给正常小鼠ig LBP50·kg^(-1)及100mg·kg^(-1),可使血糖明显降低(P<0.05;P<0.01);给四氧嘧啶(72mg·kg^(-1))中毒小鼠LBP100mp·kg^(-1),ig9d,高血糖水平亦明显降低(P<0.05);预防给药LBP(100mg·kg^(-1)及50mg·kg^(-1)),可使四氧嘧啶中毒小鼠的血糖接近正常或维持在较低水平(P<0.01);糖耐量实验表明,LBP100mg·kg^(-1)可明显对抗正常小鼠给5g·kg^(-1)葡萄糖ig引起的血糖升高(P<0.01)。结果提示,LBP对正常及糖尿病模型动物均有降血糖作用。
The effects of LBP on blood glucose concentration in normal mice and alloxan induced diabetic mice were investigated. The level of blood glucose in normal mice was significantly lowered after ig LBP 50,100mg·Kg-1( P <0.05,P <0.0l). An experimental diabetic model was induced by venous injection of alloxan (72mg·kg-1). Treatment with LBP(lOOmg·kg-1,ig) for nine days,the concentration of blood glucose was significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). When LBP was given for prevention, the blood glucose concentration in alloxan-incduced diabetic mice maintained in normal level and low level respec-tively( P < 0.01) .The glucose tolerance test showed that LBP 100mg·kg-1 could antagonize the increase of blood glucose level(P < 0.01) .The results suggests that LBP could decrease the level of blood glucose either in normal or in diabetic animals.
