吲哚帕胺对原发性高血压的降压作用及对左心室肥厚的逆转研究

THE EFFECT OF INDAPAMIDE ON PRBMANY HYPERTENSION AND ITS INFLUENCE ON LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY (LVH)

研究吲哚帕胺(Indapamide)对原发性高血压的降压作用及对左心室肥厚逆转的影响。将75例伴有左心室肥厚的原发性高血压病人,随机分为吲哚帕胺治疗组(38例)和复方降压常规治疗对照组(37例)。分别在治疗2、4、6个月测量血压,并观察心脏体积。结果,治疗组与对照组比较,血压下降,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。而左心室肥厚逆转有显著性差异(P<0.05),对该病预后有重要临床意义。

The effect of indapamide on primany hypertension and its influence on left ventricular hy-pertrophy (LVH) were studied. 75 primany hypertension patients accompanied by LVH were divided into two groups randomly. One gave indapamide (38 cases) and the other gnve compound Jiangya Tablets (37 cases) .After given drugs in 2,4 and 6 months.Measure the blood pressure(BP) and blood presswre was meagurde, the heart volume was obserrde at the same time .The results indicated that the treating group (indapamida) and the control group had no significant difference in BP falling(P>0.05) ,and had signif-icant difference in LVH(P< 0.05).
