论历时虚词词典的编纂

ON THE COMPILNG OF THE DICTIONARY OF DIACHRONIC FORM WORDS

索绪尔提出的有关共时语言学和历时语言学相区别的理论，对于语言研究具有普遍的指导意义。本文以这种理论为依据，全面讨论了历时虚词词典编纂的有关问题，设计了历时虚词词典的基本框架：如何确定收词范围，采用什么方法，等等。此外，本文还论述了虚词历时描写的必要性和可能性、汉语的历史分期等问题。根据本文的理论编纂出来的历时虚词词典将在整体质量上超过以往传统的词典。

The theories about distinguishing synchronic linguistics and diachronic linguistics put forward by Saussure are of guiding significance in the study of language. In the light of his theories this paper discusses the problems concerning the compiling of the dictionary of diachronic form words,designs a fra mework for the compiling of the dictionary: of how to decide the scope of words to be included, and the method to be used. The paper also treats the necessity and possibility of the diachronic description of form words and the division of the historical periods of the Chinese language. The dictionary of diachronic form words to be compiled on the basis of these theiries will surpass in quality any one that has been hitherto published, and fill a gap in the world of dictionaries in China.
