伊盟杭锦旗锡尼镇土地利用现状、结构及存在的问题

AN ANALYSIS OF THE PRESENT SITUATION OF THE USE AND STRUCTURE OF THE LAND OF THE TOWN OF XINI, HANGJIN BANNER

城镇规划建设以土地利用现状为基础，通过对城镇土地结构的分析，可以发现城镇用地现状中存在的问题，以便制订科学的土地利用规划，调整用地结构和控制非生产建设用地规模，指导城镇建设合理用地的实践。本文介绍了机助制城镇土地利用图的方法，分析了杭锦旗锡尼镇土地利用现状特点和结构。

The planning of a town must be based on the situation of the use of the town's land. Analysis of the structure of the town's landmay show the problems in the present use of the land so that scientific planning of the use of land can be made, the land structure adjusted, the scale of land use for non-productive construction controlled ,and the town's land rationally used for the town's construction. This paper introduces machine-aided method of map- drawing of town's ` land use, analises the present situation of the land use and structure in the Town of Xini, Hangjin Banner, and puts forword some proposals for the rational planning of the land of the town.
