摘要
百色水利枢纽导流隧洞工程是在极为复杂地质条件下修建的水工隧洞 ,实行业主单位统一监督、协调 ,设计、监理、施工单位各负其责的安全管理体制 。
For the diversion tunnel of Baise multipurpose dam project constructed under very complicated geological condition, practice demonstrate that the safety management system with the owner responsible for united supervision and coordination, designer, supervisor and construction contractors doing their own duties respectively is very effective for preventing safety accident.
