结合百色水利枢纽单体控制性工程先行用地的报批过程 ,归纳总结大型水利水电工程单体控制性工程先行用地的必要性、审批程序、报件材料。
Combining with the process of report for approval of pioneering land utilization of unit control engineering of Baise Multipurpose dam project, the author summarizes the essentiality, examination and approval procedure, report materials and key points of examination for the pioneering land utilization of unit control engineering of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project.
