通过对百色水利枢纽初步设计概算中计列和未计列的建设用地税费分析 ,测算概算调整时应予补列的税费 ,提出减免办法 ,为编制工程调整概算和制定广西实施《大中型水利水电工程征地补偿和移民安置条例》

The author analyzes the expenses of taxation for constructive land utilization calculated/listed and not calculated/listed in the preliminary design report of Baise Multipurpose dam project, estimate the expenses of taxation to be supplemented when adjusting budgetary estimate, put forward derate basis, provide reference for adjusting construction budgetary estimate and drafting the Rule for land requisition compensation and resettlement of mid-large scale water conservancy and hydropower project to be implemented in Guangxi.
