红细胞内外钾离子在风湿性瓣膜病变围术期变化规律的研究

观察与记录了３０名健康人和２０例风湿性心脏病患者手术前后１、４和２４ｈ的尿钾量、实际补钾量、红细胞及血清钾浓度和心律失常的发生情况，所得数据用ｔ检验进行统计学分析，并通过计算机得出三元回归方程式用于术后早期补钾。结果表明，风心病患者红细胞内钾离子浓度均有不同程度地降低；钾离子进入细胞的高峰期为术后第１ｈ，并随时间的延长而逐渐减少；钾进入细胞的量与细胞内的钾缺乏程度呈正相关；发生室性心律失常的严重程度与红细胞内钾缺乏程度密切相关。依照红细胞内钾离子浓度补钾将更准确。
