摘要
目的 探讨可吸收螺钉在踝关节骨折内固定中的临床应用效果。方法 采用芬兰生产的“BIOFIX”可吸收螺钉 ,其成分为 SR- PGA(自身增强聚乙交酯 )和 SR- PL L A(自身增强聚丙交酯 ) ,用于 31例踝关节骨折切开复位内固定术 ,术后石膏托固定 4~ 6周。随访 2 8例 ,随访时间 6~ 2 2个月。结果 参考 Cedell方法 ,踝关节功能评定为优良 2 6例 ,可 2例 ,优良率为 93%。结论 可吸收螺钉用于踝关节骨折内固定 。
Objective To assess the clinic effect of using the self-reinforced absorbable screws for ankle joint fracture treatment.Methods We all adopted the self-reinforced absorbable screws of BIOFIX made in Finland for 31 cases of ankle joint fracture by operating treatment.Their element were self-reinforced poly-L-lactic acid(SR-PLLA) and self-reinforced polyglycolic acid(SR-PGA).The fixation of fractures had been 4~6 weeks by gesso after operation.We followed up 28 cases of them for 6~22 months.Results With reference to assess the function of ankle joint of Cedell′s methods,26 cases were choiceness and 2 cases were approved.The rate of choiceness was 93 %.Conclusion It was valuable in clinical practice to use the self-reinforced absorbable screws for ankle joint fracture treatment.
