近几年广东省大百货商店零售业已过鼎盛期，多数销售下降，严重亏损。而以仓储和连锁经营为典型的平价超级市场则勃然兴起，发展迅速。

With the gradual drop and severe losses in the gross sales, the heyday of the retail trade of the large department stores in Guangdong is going by in recent years. Meanwhile, the supermarkets with moderate prices, such as the typical storehouse selling and the chain store selling, are emerging vigorously. The fact that they are dominating the retail trade in Guangdong is the trend which is impossible to reverse.
