摘要
邓小平有关立法工作方面的论述十分丰富，他提出了开展全面立法的基本思路、逐步完善立法的指导方针、制定有中国特色的社会主义法律的基本原则。这些思想作为我国人治向法治转折时期的产物，科学地解决了我国法制建设起步阶段立法所面临的一系列理论问题和实践问题。
Deng Xiaoping had a great deal of comments on legislation. He raised the basic ideas of enacting laws comprehensively, perfecting the guiding principles of legislation gradually, establishing the fundamental principles for making socialist laws with Chinese characteristics. These ideas scientifically paved the way for solving a series of theoretic and practical problems confronted at the initial phase of constructing our legal system. Deng's ideas always guide us in our legislation practice.
