Analysis of the reasons for the development of pleural thickening for pulmonary tuberculosis effusion patients

目的 探讨结核性渗出性胸膜炎发生胸膜增厚的原因。方法 收集了完整的结核性渗出性胸膜炎病例 1 1 0例 ,从八个方面进行分析。结果 多种原因可以导致胸膜增厚。结论 应该及早诊治 ,避免有关影响因素 。

Objective To explore the reasons for the develpment of pleural thickening among pulmonary tuberculosis effusion patients.Methods The data on 110 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis effusion accompanied by pleural thickening were collected and analyzed in 8 aspects. Results Many reasons identified may lead to the pleural thickening.Conclusion An early diagnosis on the pleural thickening is the key in preventing its further development.
