摘要
通过3例老年患者进食致窒息的病因分析,提出在老年患者尤其是脑血管意外后遗症患者进食时,要选择合适的食物及进食体位,注意全身状态及进食功能,同时要加强吞咽训练,协助进食要缓慢、耐心、细致,动作轻柔,不可操之过急,以防意外。
we put forward iteological analgsis of three cases food-intaking suffocation of senile patient conclusion:senile patients especialy those with sequela of cerebral vascular disease,when food-intake,should accept suitable posture and food,take swallowing exercise,help them to take food patiently,slowly and tenderly to avoid accident
