甲醛氧化熏蒸缩短消毒时间的灭菌效果研究

将传统的甲醛氧化熏蒸高锰酸钾４０ｇ／ｍ３加甲醛８０ｍｌ／ｍ３，增加为高锰酸钾６０ｇ／ｍ３加甲醛１２０ｍｌ／ｍ３，采用金黄色葡萄球菌活菌液（２０万Ｕ／ｍｌ）进行实验观察。分别在熏蒸后３０ｍｉｎ、４５ｍｉｎ、６０ｍｉｎ、７５ｍｉｎ、９０ｍｉｎ、１２０ｍｉｎ取样观察细菌生长情况。结果表明：物体表面消毒时间由４ｈ缩短到１ｈ；尿管缩短到７５ｍｉｎ。

The common sterillization is potassium permanganate 40g/m 3+formalde hyde 80ml/m 3,we use KMnO 4:60g/m 3+formalde hyde:120ml/m 3,and make observation with staphylcocci,auri(200 thousands/ml),we funigate it for 30,45,60,75,90,120min Result:Through this method,we reduce disinfecting time from 4hrs to 1hr when object surfact disinfection,75min when arethral duct disinfection
