糖尿病合并肺结核54例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 54 cases of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 探讨糖尿病合并肺结核的临床特点。方法 同期选取 5 4例糖尿病合并肺结核患者 (A组 )与6 0例非糖尿病肺结核患者 (B组 ) ,以同一抗痨方案治疗 ,比较两组病例的临床症状、胸部 X线表现、实验室检查及治疗效果。结果 1、A组较 B组起病急、症状重 ,以干酪病灶为主 ,病变范围广 ,易于溶解形成空洞 ,痰菌阳性率高 ,起病进展恶化快。 2、A组痊愈率、好转率、痰菌阴转率均低于 B组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 严格控制血糖水平。

Objective To explore the clinical feature of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The same therapy was used to treat 54 cases of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis(group A) and 60 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis without diabetes(group B),compare the clinic symptoms,X ray representation of the chest,laboratory results,and curative efect of group A with group B. Results The smear of sputum of grpup A monstly are positive,the clinical feature is much severer than group B and deteriorating at a rapid pace;The prognosis of group A is much worse than group B.Conclusion Control blood suger and strengthen chemotherapy will do better to the prognosis of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.
