我国实现高级在轨系统的第一步

The First Step of AOS Realization in China

高级在轨系统（ＡＯＳ）是ＣＣＳＤＳ标准的核心，是建立空间信息高速公路的基础。我国实现ＡＯＳ必须从国情出发，本文建议先从遥感卫星下行ＡＯＳ协议化以及研制地面数据流协议转换设备两件事做起，走出ＡＯＳ工程化的第一步。

Advanced Orbiting System is the kernel of CCSDS standard. It is the foundation of Space Information Highway. Base on Chinese condition,the author recommanded that we should do two works first,one is downlink AOS protocolization(standardization) for remote sensing satelite and another is development of data stream protocol transfer equipment on ground. So we will have a pretty good beginning in AOS engineering。
