An Experimental Investigation on the Improvement of Model XZ8A03 Pump Plunger

为了从根本上解决某厂生产的高压泵配１９５柴油机飞车问题，从改进设计油泵柱塞入手，通过理论计算及试验研究，设计出了符合使用要求的柱塞，解决了飞车问题。并且改善了柱塞工作性能，降底了加工成本，提高了工作寿命。

In order to solve the problem of engines ruwawag of the diesel engines (Model 195)in the high pressure pumps ,the plunger to meet needs of application is designed by means of theoretical calculation and exptrimental investigation on the basis of the improvements of the pump plunger .Then ,not only the problem of engine runawag is solved ,but the working function of the pump has been improved as well.As a result,the cost of production is reduced and the service life of plunger becomes longer .This achievement has been already used in the plunger manufacturing.
