摘要
分析了高速钢对焊刀具盐浴淬火时出现批量断裂的原因。给出了防止淬火开裂的方法。由于真空热处理能有效改善焊缝处因退火造成的成份不均匀现象,使该区域的脆性及热处理应力降低,从而避免了淬火开裂。
The reason which a large amount of breaks appeared as salt bath quenching for friction welding cutting tools of high-speed steel is analysed. The method of preventing quenching break is given. The vacuum heat treatment can effectively improve the composition unbalanced phenomenon caused by annealing in the welding joint, and the britleness amd haet treatment stress can be reduced in this area,so that the quenching break can be avoided.
