摘要
本文阐述超声料位测量原理,测量方式(定点和连续测量)以及实际使用中的困难。介绍国外新型超声料位仪装配微机,采用判别接收数据、自动声速补偿、多路转换和电子扫描等技术,使超声料位仪成为高接收灵敏度、多功能、适用性强、自动化程度高和操作简便的仪器。自动化和智能化是超声料位仪的主要发展方向。
First the writer discusses the measurement principle and form of ultrasonic charge level, then he introduces some difficulties caused when in practice.In this paper ,the writer also intruduce a newmodel computer made abroard which is equipped with an ultrasonic chaege level indicator. This computer has made the ultrasonic charge level indicator a device of high receiving sensitivity,multifuction,high adaptability,high degree of automation and easy operating by applying the techniques of judging receiving data ,automotive compensation of sound speed, multichannel conversion and electronic scanning. Automation and intelligence are the main developing tendency of ultrasonic charge level indicator.
