搞好县级农业行政综合执法工作之我见

VIEWS ON BETTERING COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTING THE LAW OF AGRICULTURE

县级农业行政执法对强化法治，调动和保护农民积极性，转换农业行政部门的职能具有重要意义。因此，各级政府尤其是县级政府思想上要给予高度重视，工作上要给予积极支持，制度上要给予充分保证。在具体操作中，农业行政主管部门要加大法制宣传力度，让人们充分了解农业法律法规的内容，正确认识其重要意义。同时，要建设一支思想好、业务精、作风正的高素质执法队伍，努力提高农业行政执法的水平。

Abstract Administrative executing the law of agriculture in localities is of great significance to strengthen the law , arouse farmers' enthusiasm and change functions of agricultural administrative departments. Therefore, leading organizations at all levels should attach great importance, give all out support to its work and fully ensure its system. In the course of the operation , agricultural administrative departments should give energetic publicity to the legal system so that farmers can have a full understanding and realize its important significence . On the other hand , an upright organization of high quality to execute the law with excellent ideology ,professional skills should be constructed to better administrative executing the law of agriculture.
