通过对香港电灯有限公司和中华电力有限公司煤炭进口业务的分析、比较，阐明了电力企业合理、有效、及时地安排好煤炭供应对确保企业良好运行状态的重要性．
This paper offers a comparative analysis of coal business of the Honghong electric Co.Ltd. and the China Light and Power Co. Ltd., and expounds how an electric enterpriseshould arrange coal provision reasonably, effectively and promptly to ensure the full operation of the electric enterprise.
