58例新生儿早期贫血病因分析 被引量：1

摘要 新生儿早期贫血指的是生后7天内的贫血。其病因复杂、且与围产因素及婴儿本身疾病密切相关。轻者可以影响婴儿生长发育,重者可致死。本研究分析58例新生儿早期贫血之病因,报告如下。一、临床资料1.一般资料:1995年1月～1996年12月我科收治新生儿早期贫血58例,其中男31例,女27例;足月儿30例,早产儿28例;剖宫产23例,钳产3例,吸引产2例,余为顺产30例;重度窒息6例。
