摘要
目的探讨母鼠补充高渗糖是否对胎鼠宫内窘迫脑损害有保护作用。方法利用20天胎龄(SD)大鼠胎鼠50只,制成胎儿窘迫胎鼠模型,随机分为5组,在不同时间内给药,监测输入25%葡萄糖后胎鼠脑细胞内外钙、钠、钾含量的变化。结果(1)窘迫前补糖可减轻宫内窘迫胎鼠脑细胞钙超载;(2)窘迫同时和缺血再灌注同时补糖亦可以降低脑组织总钙、总钠和总钾水平,减轻脑水肿。结论母鼠补充高渗糖对胎鼠宫内窘迫脑损害有保护作用,提示对产妇适当补糖,适当的血糖水平可能有助于减轻胎儿宫内窘迫脑损害。
Objective To investigate whether glucose supplementation to pregnant rats would alleviate fetal rat brain damage.Methods Fifty fetal rats of twenty-day gestational age were ran- domly divided into five groups:normal control,distressed control,and three groupes of different time course of intravenous 25% glucose treatment in pregnant SD rats.Fetal rats in later four groups suffered from distress in uteri in an animal model of perinatal asphyxia.Intra-and extra-cellular con- centrations of calcium,natrium,and potassium in fetal rat brains were measured in each group. Results (1)glucose supplementation to pregnant rats before fetal distress suppressed the increase of cytoplasm free calcium concentration in brain cells;(2) glucose supplementation at the time of fetal distress or reperfusion reduced total calcium,natrium and potassium levels in the fetal rat brain. Conclusion Glucose supplementation to pregnant rats would alleviate fetal rat brain damage,indi- cating that glucose supplementation to pregnant women (elevating their serum concentration of glu- cose) may help to ameliorate brain injury of distressed fetus.
