摘要
以系统科学为基础,在定义和谐系统的基础上讨论了和谐及其规律与性质,指出以和谐规律为指导而建立的和谐观念,是解决由竞争观引发的种种现实弊端的必然选择.
The definition, laws and properties of harmony system were discussed based on the systems science. It was pointed out that harmony concept,which is established under the guidance of the laws of harmony,is the inevitable choice to solve the drawbacks caused by competition concept.
