关于“中体西用”论失败原因及其教训的系统论思考——适逢戊戌变法一百周年有感

On the Failure of “Westernization Movement” and“the Constitutional Reform and Modernization of1898” by Systems Theory

中国近代史上“洋务运动”和“戊戌变法”这两次轰轰烈烈的社会改革运动都失败了.事隔一百年后,用系统论的现点对这两次改革运动最终走向失败的原因进行了剖析,并同时指出,今天我们在改革开放和建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中亦不无借鉴之处.

Both 'Westernization Movement' and 'the Constitutional Reform and Modernization of 1898' have failed as social reform in the modern history of China. From the viewpoint of systems theory the author analysed the failure cause and pointed out that we must take warning from the failure in the practice of reforming, opening and the establishing of socialist market economic system in China today.
