以第二掌背动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣逆行转移修复示指掌侧皮肤缺损

The repairing of the volar skin defect of index applying the retroversal inland flap based on the second dorsal metacarpal artery

目的:探讨示指掌侧皮肤缺损的修复方法。方法:本组16例示指掌侧皮肤缺损,以第二掌背动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣逆行转移修复,随访3～6个月。结果所有的皮瓣均成活,颜色与质地同正常皮肤。结论:采用以第二掌背动脉为蒂的岛状皮瓣逆行转移,有效覆盖示指掌侧皮肤缺损,是切实可行的修复方法。

Objective: To study the repairing method of the volar skin defect of index. Method: 16 cases of volar skin defect of index were treated by the retroversal inland flap based on the second dorsal metercarpal artery(SDMA). The follow-up study was carried out for 3-6 months. Results;All the flaps transferred were alive with normal colour and texture. Conclusion:It was a practical method to cover the volar skin defect of index effectively using the retroversal island flap based on SDM A.
