对高碳、高铬铁基材料中碳化铬的认识及该材料中铬的快速测定 被引量:15

摘要 铬系耐磨、耐热铸铁以铁、碳、铬为基本成份(通常含铬量大于12%),在合适的基体上分布着碳化物作为硬质点,使该种材料具有相当的硬度和良好的耐磨性。国内中、高速柴油机气门座材料多数属于此类合金。近来随着引进国外柴油机新技术和新型柴油机,气门座材料趋于含碳量、铬量更高,甚至于采用高碳、高铬多元合金的镍基材料。介绍一种铬的测定方法,它可准确、简便、有效地测定高碳、高铬类合金中铬含量。 Wear-and heat-resistant iron cast of Chromium series are materials with carbon and chromium as basic elements, of which chromium is usually over 12%. The materials have even distribution of chromium carbides as hard points, making the materials hard and wear-resistant. The materials have been widely used to make valve seats for most medium-and high-speed diesel engines at home and abroad. Recently with introduction of new diesel engine technology and new engines, the materials for the valve seats tends to contain higher carbon and chromium, and even nickel based alloys with high carbon and chromium are being used. A method of detecting chromium is introduced to make the testing of chromium amount in these materials accurate, easy and effective.
