摘要 本文对我国不同产区的烤烟烟叶总粒相物(TPM)与烟叶部分内在化学成分的关系进行了研究。参试材料60份,每份样品分析鉴定23项指标。对实验数据进行了简单相关分析,卷烟的TPM最优预测数学模型建立及模拟预测分析研究,结果如下:1、卷烟的TPM及TPM减烟气烟碱与其内在化学成分存在着较强的相关性。2、利用烤烟的内在化学成分可以对其卷烟TPM及TPM减烟气烟碱进行比较理想的预测。3、此预测模型的建立和应用对我国卷烟行业技术改造和降低卷烟焦油量、提高吸烟安全性具有重要意义。 The study was carried to investigate the relation between total particle matter(TPM) in leaf of flue-cured tobacco from different regions of China and chemical components of tobacco leaf. The test included 60 samples each was examined on 23 items. Theexperimental data was used in a simple analysis of correlation, establishing of optimummathematics model for predicting TPM of flue-cured tobacco, and for simulated test ofthe predicting model. The results ware as follows:1. Significant correlationship was found between TPM and residual of TPM aftersmoke and nicotine were excluded with chemical components.2. TPM and TPM excluding necotine in smoke can be successfully predicted by using chemical components.3. Establishment and utilization of the predictive model is of great significance totechnical innovation of cigarette industry in China, reduction and stability of tar contentas well as increasing of smoking safety.
