大鼠心内神经元至颈上神经节的分支投射研究

A STUDY OF PROJECTION FROM THE INTRINSIC CARDIAC NEURONS TO THE SUPERIOR CERVICAL GANGLIA IN THE RAT

应用CB－HRP逆行追踪法研究了大鼠心内神经元至颈上神经节的分支投射。将CB－HRP注入大鼠颈上神经节内，在心脏壁内神经节见到CB－HRP标记细胞，这些细胞为中小型梭形或园形，多位于心房后壁。结果表明心内神经元有分支投射到颈上神经节，并对此进行了讨论。

The projection from intrinsic cardiac neurons to the superior cervical ganglia in the ratwas studied by means of CB-HRP retrograde tracing techniques. After injecting CB-HRP into the superior cervical ganglia, the retrogradely lebelled neurons were observed in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of the rat heart. Most of the labelled cells were localized in the ganglia nearby the epicardium of posterior wall of atria. They were usually small or middle fusiform of round in shape. The result suggest that the process of intrirsic cardiac neurons projects tothe superior cervical ganglia, and this has also been discassed.
