摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定阿莫西林缓释片中的有关物质,采用C_(18)色谱柱(4.6×200mm·5μ)为固定相,以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.0)-甲醇(80:20)为流动相,检测波长为228nm。该法操作简便,测定结果可靠。
A HPLC method was established for determining the related substances of amoxilin release tablets. The mobile phase was phosphate buffer(pH7. 0) methanoK(80:20) and a C18 bonded phase column(4. 6×200mm.5μ) was used. The UV detector is set at 228nm. This method is simple and has satisfactory results.
