AMPA受体与谷氨酸在大鼠三叉神经尾侧亚核内分布的免疫组织化学研究

摘要 本文用免疫组织化学ABC法调查了4种AMPA受体亚单位(GluR1、2/3、4)和谷氨酸(Glu)在大鼠三叉神经尾侧亚核(Vc)内的分布及其匹配关系。我们发现,GluR1和2/3免疫阳性胞体和纤维密集分布于Vc的Ⅱ层和Ⅲ层外侧部,在Vc的其余各层呈散在性分布。GluR4免疫阳性胞体和纤维在Vc各层均无分布。Glu免疫阳性胞体分布于Vc各层,尤以浅层(Ⅰ、Ⅱ层)密集,Glu免疫阳性纤维及终末结构主要分布于Vc浅层。结果表明,Glu免疫阳性纤维及终末样结构与AMPA受体免疫阳性胞体和纤维在Vc浅层的分布总体上是相互匹配的,但AMPA受体各亚单位在Vc内的分布存在明显的差异。本文提示。 The distribution and match relationship of the 4 subunits of AMPA receptor (AMPAR) and glutamate (Glu) in the caudal trigeminal subnucleus (Vc) of rat were immunohistochemically investigated by using ABC method. Among 4 AMPAR subunits (GluR1,2/3,4), a lot of GluR1 and 2/3 immunopositive perikarya and fibers were found prominently in the layer Ⅱ and the outer part of the layer Ⅲ of Vc. Only a few distributed sparsely in other parts of Vc. GluR4 immunopositive perikarya and fibers were not present in any layer of Vc. Glutamate immunopositive perikarya distributed in every layer, especially concentrated in the superficial layer (Ⅰ,Ⅱ). Glutamate immunoreactive fibers and terminal like structures were mainly concentrated in the superficial layer (Ⅰ,Ⅱ) of Vc. These findings indicate that the distribution of Glu positive fibers and terminal like structures are generally consistent with that of AMPAR immunopositive perikarya and fibers in the superficial layers of Vc. But the distribution of every AMPAR subunit Vc has marked difference. The results suggest that Glu may have an effect on many kinds of physiological functions by acting on different subunits of GluR in Vc.
