摘要
文章讨论了一种很有前途的光接入系统—PON。在描述了网络结构后对PON的几种成网方案(TDM/TDMA、WDM和SCMA)进行了分析,指出WDM是PON系统升级的关键。最后着重从经济性的角度分析了PON的器件技术并对网络升级策略进行了讨论。
PON - a promising optical access system is discussed in this paper.After describing PON structure, we analyze several networking schemes(TDM/TDMA,WDM and SCMA)and point out that WDM is the key feature allowing PON system upgrade . At last, device technologies of a PON are analyzed on the emphasis of economy and network upgrading strategy is presented.
