摘要
利用化学还原法制备了不同组成的非晶态ＮｉＰ合金超细微粒，对经３００°Ｃ热处理后的样品利用Ｘ光衍射法进行分析，结果表明，样品的组成不同，其结构稳定性亦不同。
The different compositions of ultrafine amorphous NiP ally particles were prepared by chemical-reducting method.The fresh and heat-treated samples were characterized by XRD.It is shown that the different composition have the different structural stability.
