丙烯酸丁酯与芭蕉芋淀粉接枝共聚反应的研究

摘要 报导了用硝酸铈铵为引发剂在芭蕉芋淀粉上接枝丙烯酸丁酯的共聚合反应研究,结果表明:聚合物反应的最佳温度为50℃.当共聚反应的其它条件相同而丙烯酸丁酯量大于淀粉量时,随着丙烯酸丁酯量的增加接枝率和接枝效率增加而转化率则下降.当引发剂的浓度增加时接枝率,接枝效率以及转化率均增加.文中用傅立叶红外光谱仪确认了接枝聚合物的结构并对其反应机理进行了讨论. this paper we have reported the regularities of graft copolymerization of butyl acrylate (BA) onto Bejiao Benana Tarc starch using ceric ammonium nitrate as an initiater. The result showed that polymerized optimum temperature is 50℃. When other reaction conditions is the same and the quentity of BA is more than to starch,the grafting rate and efficiercy ineresed with the increased of monomer quantity but the conversion rate, erduces,When the initiator concentration increased,the grafting rate grafting efficiency and conversion rate increased,In this paper,constitution of grafrt polymer was discriminated using FT-IR and the mechanism of grafting reaction has been disussed.
