本文将我国的航海职业教育从办学思想、教学计划、师资结构、教学方法与手段诸方面与英、法、荷等国进行对比研究，从更新观念、加强职业能力的训练。

Abstract This article compares China's maritime vocational education to that of Britain、 France and Holland, in terms of school-running concepts; teaching plans; teaching stuff structures; teaching methods and approaches. The author postulates the new insights of china's vocational education reforms in respects of renewing concepts; strengthening the vocational abilities training; modernizing the teaching approaches and teams of teaching-research type, in order to enhance the level and efficiency of maritime vocational education in China.
