摘要
以水杨酸和念创木酚为原料,在PCl3催化作用下合成水杨酰愈创木酚酯,收率由国内文献的49.5%提高至77.1%,再经乙酰化合成呱西替沙,收率96.30%。
By using PCl3 as a catalyst, salisylic acid reacted with guaiacol and synthezed into acid guaiacol ester(4) with the yield increasing from 49. 8 % to 77. 1 % as compared to the reaction without the PCl3. By then going through acetylation the acid guaiacol ester (4) was turned into guaeetisal with a yield of 96. 3%.
