摘要
土壤水分与生姜的光合作用有密切关系。水分胁迫使光合作用的光及 CO_2饱和点降低,补偿点升高,根本原因在于水分胁迫显著降低了表观量子效率和 CO_2羧化效率。不仅如此,水分胁迫还改变了生姜光合作用的日变化规律,加重了光合午休程度,通过对午休原因的分析得出,正常供水条件下的光合午休以气孔限制为主,水分胁迫条件下则以非气孔限制为主。
There was significant influence of soil water content on the characteristics of light and CO_2 that ginger required.Water stress could decreased their saturation points and increased their compensation points,the reason was that water dificit made AQY and CE low.Water stress also changed the diurnal changes of photosynthesis of ginger,the diurnal changes of photosynthesis expressed a double peak curve when watered sufficiently hut a single peak curve when soil water decreased.The result shown water stress increased the mid- day depression of photosynthesis.Acording to analyzing the results,the cause that the midday depression of photosynthesis in normal soil water was most limited by stomal,while in water dificit was most limited by non-stomal.
