摘要
油菜组织培养技术的发展为优质抗病育种开辟了广阔的前景,花粉小孢子的单细胞单倍体特性又为变异群体的丰富性创造了可靠的条件。利用病菌毒素和小孢子培养技术筛选抗病突变体是一种快速、有效的抗病育种新途径。本文综述了油菜小孢子培养技术在筛选抗病突变体中的研究情况。
issue culture and microspore culture have become an important approach in plant breeding.Using the toxin (Oxalic acid)and microspore culture to select novel resistant resoures provides a new,simple and effective way to breed disease resistance.This paper discusses the application of microspore culture in screening of disease resistance and points out an effect method for screening the disease resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in oilseed rape.
