二苯醚树脂的改性研究

摘要 以烯丙基苯酚(AP)、烯丙基(对、间和混合)甲酚为烯丙基化试剂,与甲氧基二苯醚反应,制备了一系列以烯丙基为活性基团的改性二苯醚树脂。用双马来酰亚胺固化改性二苯醚树脂的反应性良好,树脂固化物具有良好的力学性能和耐热性。 y taking allyl phenol, allyl (p,m and mixing) methylphenol as allyl agent, reacting with methoxydiphenyl ether respectively, a series of modified diphenyl ether resins which have active allyl functional groups are obtained. The reaction process was investigated by IR spectra. The obtained modified diphenyl ether resins are soluble in toluene and tetrahydrofuran, but insoluble in alcohol and acetone. They are cured easily by reacting with 4,4′bismaleimidodiphenylmethane respectively, and voidfree neat cured resins which have excellent mechanical properties were prepared. The typical tensile properties are strength 81.7 MPa, modulus 3.73 GPa and elongation 2.21%. The heat distortion temperature of cured resins is higher than 300 ℃, and glass transition has not detected before heat break takes place (ca. 400 ℃ in air) by use of TMA and DSC. The modified diphenyl ether resin is a candidate of high temperature resistant composite matrix resin with easy processability.
