摘要
文中介绍了一个用于电脑刺绣编程的智能CAD环境.它融合了人工智能、图象处理和计算机辅助设计等多种技术,具有灵活多变的图案输入手段及自动编程的能力,实现了图案输入、处理、编针、优化和数据转换的一体化与自动化,提高了电脑刺绣数据样版的编程质量和效率.文中具体阐述了系统结构、数据结构和主要实现技术.
NeedlePaint——a new generation of intelligent CAD environment for computerized embroidery is introduced in this paper. Its architecture, data structure and implementation techniques are described in great detail. Since computer software techniques, such as image processing, artificial intelligence, computer aided design etc., are applied to NeedlePaint, various input methods for original designs are available and stitches can be organized automatically. Both integration and automation of embroidery punching ranging from original designs inputting to image processing, stitch generation, stitch optimization and data transformation are thus covered in NeedlePaint. As a result, the quality and efficiency of embroidery punching are improved greatly.
