论PDCA循环在高校教学管理工作中的综合性运用

On the Comprehensive Use of the PDCA Circulation in the Teaching Management of the Higher Education Institutions

本文采用ＰＤＣＡ循环模式与高校教学管理过程拟合，从宏观上将ＰＤＣＡ循环各工作步骤有机地与高校教学管理各项工作内容密切地结合，为进一步实现高校教学科学化管理、促进高校教学管理改革与发展进程，提供了重要的理论依据。

By means of the integration of the PDCA circulation model into the teaching management process of the higher education institutions, this paper presents a close combination of all the working steps of the former with the latter microscopically and in an organic way. It has, therefore, provided the higher educations with an important theoretical basis both for its realization of the scientific teaching management and its enhancement of the progress of the teaching reform and development.
