高校体育教学与训练方法初探

A Tentative Study of Physical Education and Training at College

以实施在教学、训练中对学生严格要求与思想品德教育相结合的方法为主线，论述了在高校体育教学、训练中实施这一教学方法所起的积极作用。实践表明，在教学中严格要求与思想品德教育相结合的教学方法，对于提高学生思想品德素质，使学生掌握体育科学知识与技能等方面都是行之有效的。

With a view to the method of combining strict demands with ideological and moral education, this paper attempts to show the positive function of this method in physical education and training at college. The author states that this method is an effective way of improving ideological and moral level of the students and making them master physical scientific knowledge and skills.
